This really works. Catch the flu early – at the first signs – for best results. I also take the equivalent amount of Vit C at the same time, this way I am boosting that essential vitamin that fights colds. This all works MUCH better if you are already a regular taker of Double X as your immune system will already be high and it creates a strong platform.
